Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrival in Hanoi
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. After check-in, take the rest of the day to relax or explore the bustling streets at your leisure.
DAY 2 Hanoi City Tour
Embark on a full-day city tour of Hanoi, visiting landmarks such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch and continue exploring the city’s rich history and vibrant culture.
DAY 3 Hanoi to Sapa
Depart early for Sapa via a comfortable bus ride through the scenic countryside. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and later visit Cat Cat Village, home to the Hmong ethnic minority. Experience the local way of life and admire the picturesque landscapes.
DAY 4 Sapa Trekking
Embark on a trek to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, passing through terraced rice fields and interacting with local communities. In the afternoon, return to Sapa and have some free time to explore the town.
DAY 5 Sapa to Hanoi
After breakfast, visit the local market before departing for Hanoi. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
DAY 6 Hanoi to Halong Bay
Travel to Halong Bay and board a cruise ship. Sail through the bay’s emerald waters, exploring its stunning limestone formations. Participate in activities such as kayaking and swimming. Enjoy meals on board and overnight in a comfortable cabin.
DAY 7 Halong Bay to Hanoi
Continue exploring Halong Bay in the morning. After brunch on board, return to the harbor and transfer back to Hanoi. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the city.
DAY 8 Hanoi to Hoi An
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. After check-in, take a leisurely walk through the ancient town, known for its well-preserved architecture and vibrant lantern-lit streets.
DAY 9 My Son Sanctuary Tour
Visit the My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site that was once the religious center of the Champa Kingdom. Explore the ancient temples and learn about their historical significance. Return to Hoi An in the afternoon and enjoy free time to relax or shop for local handicrafts.
DAY 10 Hoi An to Nha Trang
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Nha Trang, a coastal city known for its beautiful beaches. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing by the beach or exploring the local area.
DAY 11 Nha Trang Island Tour
Embark on an island-hopping tour, visiting Mun Island, Mot Island, and Hon Tam Island. Enjoy activities such as snorkeling, swimming, and sunbathing. Savor a fresh seafood lunch on one of the islands before returning to your hotel in the afternoon.
DAY 12 Nha Trang Free Day
Enjoy a free day in Nha Trang to relax on the beach, explore the city, or participate in optional activities such as visiting the Thap Ba Hot Springs or the Po Nagar Cham Towers.
DAY 13 Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, explore the city’s vibrant nightlife or dine at a local restaurant.
DAY 14 Ho Chi Minh City Tour
Take a half-day city tour, visiting landmarks such as the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon, the Central Post Office, and the War Remnants Museum. Learn about the city’s history and its blend of traditional and modern influences.
DAY 15 Mekong Delta Tour
Embark on a full-day tour to the Mekong Delta. Cruise along the delta’s intricate waterways, visit local villages, and experience the traditional way of life. Enjoy a local lunch before returning to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening.
DAY 16 Departure from Ho Chi Minh City
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Later, you’ll be transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure.

Prepare Before You Travel
- Prices are dynamic and may vary during peak seasons and blackout dates. Displayed prices apply to a minimum of 2 PAX for standard, deluxe, and super deluxe properties.
- Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests during booking and check-in. PAN Card is not accepted, and foreign nationals must carry their passports.
- The official currency is the Vietnamese Dong (VND). While credit cards are widely accepted, carrying cash is recommended for small purchases.
- Dress modestly when visiting religious sites, covering shoulders, upper arms, knees, and legs.
- Indian tourists can obtain a Vietnam visa online (E-Visa) or on arrival for 30 days, with applicable charges.
- Smoking is prohibited in most public areas—use designated smoking zones. Carry tissues or wet wipes, as many public toilets may not provide them.
- Tap water is not safe for drinking—carry a refillable water bottle. Travel insurance is recommended but not included in the package.
- In unforeseen situations (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), QuickTrip reserves the right to modify itineraries or reschedule tours for safety reasons.
- Any damage to property during the stay will be charged at actuals. Keep destinations clean by avoiding littering.
- Pick-up and drop-off timings may vary due to traffic, weather, or natural conditions. Any cost changes due to service/hotel amendments will be borne by the client.
- If a traveler chooses to exit the trip midway, all expenses from that point onward will be their responsibility, and no refunds will be provided.

Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.
