Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrival in Hanoi
Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. After check-in, take the rest of the day to relax or explore the city’s vibrant streets at your own pace.
DAY 2 Hanoi to Halong Bay
Depart from Hanoi to Halong Bay, where you’ll board a cruise ship. As you sail through the bay’s emerald waters, participate in activities such as kayaking and swimming. In the evening, enjoy a cooking lesson on board and savor a delicious dinner amidst the stunning backdrop of the bay.
DAY 3 Halong Bay to Hanoi
Begin your day with a visit to the Surprise Cave, marveling at its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. After exploring the cave, continue cruising through the bay before returning to the harbor. Transfer back to Hanoi and spend the evening at leisure.
DAY 4 Ninh Binh Excursion
Embark on a day trip to Ninh Binh province. Experience traditional boat ride in Tam Coc, gliding through serene waterways flanked by limestone cliffs and lush rice paddies. Afterward, visit local temples and learn about the region’s rich history before returning to Hanoi.
DAY 5 Departure from Hanoi
Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Later, you’ll be transferred to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure.

Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.

Payment of 100.0% of the total tour cost must be made 0 days prior to the reservation date.
