Terms & Conditions – QuickTrip

By booking a trip with QuickTrip, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment. Prices are subject to change until the final payment is made. In case of late payments, the booking may be canceled, or additional charges may apply.

Cancellations are subject to specific charges depending on the time before departure. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the policies of the respective service providers, such as airlines and hotels. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services. Any changes or modifications to bookings may incur extra costs and are strictly subject to availability.

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. QuickTrip is not liable for any delays, denials, or cancellations due to incomplete or incorrect documentation. We highly recommend travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.

As a travel agency, QuickTrip acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators. While we ensure a smooth travel experience, we are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party providers. Travelers are expected to comply with the local laws and regulations of their destination. Any necessary vaccinations or health protocols must be followed, and travelers should ensure they are medically fit for travel.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics, QuickTrip will not be held responsible for any trip cancellations, modifications, or additional expenses incurred by the traveler. We advise all travelers to be flexible and prepared for potential changes due to such situations.

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly throughout their journey. Any misconduct leading to damages to property, hotels, or transport services will be the sole responsibility of the traveler. Any fines, penalties, or compensation required due to such behavior will have to be paid by the traveler.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, Tamil Nadu. By booking with QuickTrip, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
