Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrival in Jammu and Transfer to Katra
Upon your arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, our representative will greet you and facilitate your transfer to Katra. After checking into your hotel, the remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore the local area or prepare for the upcoming pilgrimage. Overnight stay in Katra.
DAY 2 Vaishno Devi Darshan
Early in the morning, commence your trek to the Vaishno Devi Shrine, situated approximately 12 km from Katra. You have the option to undertake the journey on foot or hire ponies or palanquins. After seeking blessings at the temple, return to Katra for an overnight stay.
DAY 3 Departure from Katra to Jammu
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Jammu. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have time for local sightseeing in Jammu, visiting attractions such as Raghunath Temple, Bahu Fort, and the local market. Later, you will be transferred to the Jammu Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.

Prepare Before You Travel
Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
Quicktrip reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e., weather conditions, political conditions, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, etc., are not a part of the package.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as valid address proof.
Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings:
If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel, then 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.
If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel, then 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel, no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
AC does not work on the hills.
The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
Any kind of monumental charges are not included in the package.
Prices may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the customers in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
The hotels are subject to availability. In case they are not available, the visitors will be accommodated in a property of similar category.
Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), Quicktrip reserves the right to reschedule tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and staff.

Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.
Policy for Payment Terms
Payment of 100.0% of the total tour cost must be made 0 days prior to the reservation date.
