Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the vibrant city or relaxing after your journey.
DAY 2 Cu Chi Tunnels Tour
After breakfast, embark on a half-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network used during the Vietnam War. Learn about the history and significance of these tunnels. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon and enjoy free time to explore or relax.
DAY 3 Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang
Check out from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore Da Nang or relax at the beach.
DAY 4 Ba Na Hills and Golden Hands Bridge Tour
Today, visit Ba Na Hills. Ride the cable car to the summit, visit the famous Golden Hands Bridge, and explore the charming French Village. Enjoy panoramic views and the cool mountain air before returning to your hotel in Da Nang.
DAY 5 Da Nang to Hanoi
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the capital city.
DAY 6 Ninh Binh Tour
Embark on a full-day tour to Ninh Binh, often referred to as “Halong Bay on Land.” Explore the beautiful Trang An Grottoes by boat, visit ancient temples, and enjoy the stunning landscapes. Return to Hanoi in the evening.
DAY 7 Halong Bay Cruise
Set sail on a day cruise through the emerald waters of Halong Bay, surrounded by thousands of limestone karsts and mystical caves. Enjoy lunch on board and participate in activities such as kayaking or visiting caves. Return to Hanoi in the evening.
DAY 8 Hanoi City Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour of Hanoi, visiting key attractions such as the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature. The afternoon is free for you to explore or relax.
DAY 9 Departure Day
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure flight.

Prepare Before You Travel
- All visitors are required to carry valid ID proof.
- Rooms will be provided on a double and triple sharing basis. If any person wants a room on a single sharing basis, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Fixed transfer time slots for Airport Pickup are 8 AM to 11 AM.
- Fixed transfer time slots for Airport Drop are 12 PM to 2 PM.
- Kindly note that personal expenses are not included in the package and should be budgeted separately.
- Group size of the tour could be a minimum of 2 pax and a maximum of 18 pax.
- Accommodations will be provided in a standard hotel within the standard room category.
- Travelers are advised to book flights according to suggested timings. If the flight arrival time deviates from the schedule and the airport pick-up is missed, the traveler must arrange transfers independently.
- A $3 tip is mandatory per tour per person.
- If a traveler misses any activity on the arrival or departure day due to flight timings, we will not be held liable for compensation.
- All reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of travel.

Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.

Payment of 100.0% of the total tour cost must be made 0 days prior to the reservation date.
