Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrival in Istanbul
Upon your arrival at Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IST), a representative will greet you and facilitate your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take the remainder of the day to relax or explore the city at your leisure.
DAY 2 Istanbul City Exploration
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Istanbul’s iconic sites, including Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Conclude the day with a leisurely walk along the Bosphorus, soaking in the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
DAY 3 Bursa Day Excursion
Set out on a full-day trip to Bursa, the inaugural capital of the Ottoman Empire. Explore its historic bazaar, the Grand Mosque, and the Green Mosque. Experience a scenic cable car ride, offering panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.
DAY 4 Istanbul to Kusadasi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, transfer to Kusadasi and check into your hotel. Spend the evening unwinding or exploring the coastal town.
DAY 5 Ephesus Exploration
Dive into the ancient wonders of Ephesus, one of the world’s most well-preserved archaeological sites. Wander through its marble streets, visit the majestic Library of Celsus, and pay homage at the House of the Virgin Mary.
DAY 6 Pamukkale and Hierapolis Tour

DAY 7 Kusadasi to Cappadocia

DAY 8 South Cappadocia Tour

DAY 9 Pamukkale to Ephesus & Departure

Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.

Payment of 100.0% of the total tour cost must be made 0 days prior to the reservation date.
