Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Istanbul

Upon arrival at Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IST), you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax or explore the city at your leisure.

Embark on a guided tour of Istanbul’s historic sites, including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Stroll through the bustling Grand Bazaar, immersing yourself in the local culture and shopping for souvenirs.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, proceed to Kusadasi and check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the coastal town or relax by the sea.

Visit the ancient city of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved archaeological sites in the world. Explore the Library of Celsus, the Great Theatre, and the Temple of Artemis. Return to Kusadasi for an overnight stay.

Depart for the airport to catch a flight to Kayseri or Nevşehir. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Cappadocia. The evening is at your leisure to explore the unique landscape or relax.

Discover the highlights of Cappadocia, including the Göreme Open Air Museum, Devrent Valley, and the unique rock formations known as “fairy chimneys.” Optionally, experience a hot air balloon ride over the stunning landscape.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day exploring the city or shopping for last-minute souvenirs.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time before being transferred to the airport for your departure.

  • Weather: Turkey experiences diverse climates; check the weather forecast for each destination and pack accordingly.
  • Health Precautions: Stay hydrated and consider bringing a reusable water bottle.
  • Local Customs: Familiarize yourself with basic Turkish phrases and cultural norms to enhance your experience.

Policy for Confirmation
  • Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
  • If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
  • A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
  • Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
  • The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
  • A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
