Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Srinagar

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, absorbing the serene ambiance and picturesque surroundings. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

After breakfast, depart for Pahalgam, known as the ‘Valley of Shepherds’. En route, admire the scenic landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax amidst the tranquil environment.

Post breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Pahalgam, visiting the famous Betaab Valley, renowned for its lush greenery and as a popular filming location. The day offers opportunities for nature walks and photography. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, celebrated for its stunning landscapes. Enjoy a sightseeing tour, taking in the beauty of the meadows and surrounding peaks. Later, continue to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Post breakfast, set out for a day trip to Yousmarg, a serene meadowland offering breathtaking views. Explore the Doodh Ganga River and visit the Charar-e-Sharief shrine. Return to Srinagar by evening.

After breakfast, visit the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden, Asia’s largest, showcasing a vibrant array of tulips. Continue to the Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, and the historic Shankaracharya Temple. Overnight stay in Srinagar

 

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, concluding your memorable Kashmir tour.

Prepare Before You Travel
  • Prices may vary with changes in services or hotels. Any cost difference due to amendments in the package, such as an increase in the number of guests or hotel changes before the trip begins, shall be borne by the client.

  • Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. In case the listed hotels are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in properties of similar standards.

  • QuickTrip reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, political situations) without altering the total number of days or compromising any services.

  • All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing spots, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc., are not included in the package.

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to the package cost.

  • Personal expenses or items of a personal nature are not included. Meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.

  • Avoid using plastic bags and help maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers found littering may be fined.

  • Use of swimming pools at any accommodation is subject to government guidelines.

  • The exact location and contact details of the accommodations will be shared post-booking.

  • Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc., from home. It’s advisable to carry a regular and an insulated water bottle to refill.

  • Any breakage or damage of items in the resort will be charged at actuals.

  • All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not part of the package.

  • If any traveler decides to leave the trip mid-way, all expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor QuickTrip will be responsible for such decisions or any refunds.

Policy for Confirmation
  • Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
  • If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
  • A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
  • Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
  • The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
  • A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
  • The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
  • Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.

Payment of 100.0% of the total tour cost must be made 0 days prior to the reservation date.
