Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Srinagar and Transfer to Gulmarg

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and proceed to Gulmarg, known as the ‘Meadow of Flowers.’ En route, enjoy the scenic landscapes. Upon reaching Gulmarg, check into your hotel and relax.

After breakfast, explore Gulmarg’s attractions, such as the Gulmarg Gondola, one of the world’s highest cable cars, offering panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges. Later, drive back to Srinagar and check into your houseboat or hotel. In the evening, enjoy a complimentary Shikara ride on Dal Lake, witnessing the tranquil surroundings and floating gardens.

Post breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar. Visit the Mughal Gardens—Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi—renowned for their Mughal horticulture and terraced lawns. Proceed to Pari Mahal, a historical monument offering splendid views of the city and Dal Lake. Conclude the day with a visit to the Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hilltop, providing panoramic views of Srinagar. Return to your accommodation for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, carrying fond memories of Kashmir.

  • Alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water drinks are not included in the package cost.

  • International and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover are not part of the package.

  • Additional adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are at your own cost and are not included in the tour.

  • The displayed prices are for a minimum of 2 participants for the selected properties.

  • Prices may fluctuate with any change in services or hotels. Any cost difference due to amendments in the package, such as an increase in the number of guests or hotel changes before the trip, will be borne by the client.

  • Hotels are subject to availability. In case the listed accommodations are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in properties of similar standards.

  • QuickTrip reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to disturbances (e.g., weather conditions, political situations) without altering the total number of days or compromising any services.

  • Entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc., are not included in the package.

  • Please avoid using plastic bags and help maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Visitors found littering may be fined.

  • Carry dry snacks or food items and insulated water bottles for refilling.

  • Any breakage or damage of items in the accommodation will be charged at actuals.

  • If a customer decides to leave the trip midway, all expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the customer. Neither the operator nor QuickTrip will be responsible for such decisions or any refunds.

  • Children above 5 years of age will be considered adults. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.

Policy for Confirmation
  • Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
  • If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
  • A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
  • Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
  • The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
  • A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
  • The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
  • Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.
