DAY 1 Arrive in Zurich
Welcome to Zurich! When you get to Zurich Airport, turn on your 4-day second-class Swiss Pass. This pass lets you move as much as you want on trains, buses, and boats throughout Switzerland. Take your pass and go to your hotel for check-in after arriving at the airport. Spend the rest of the day discovering Zurich, a city famous for its lively culture, historical sites, and beautiful buildings. Afterward, return to your hotel for the night.
DAY 2 Day Trip to Mount Titlis | Walking Tour and Cruise in Lucerne
In the morning, prepare for an exciting trip to Mount Titlis. Use your Swiss Pass to travel to Engelberg and ride the Rotair, the first cable car that rotates 360 degrees, to the top. Enjoy stunning views of the Swiss Alps and take a walk on the Titlis Cliff Walk. Afterward, go for a walking tour in Lucerne and take a cruise. Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.
