DAY 1 Arrival in Hanoi | Leisure Day
Welcome to Vietnam! After arriving at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, you will be taken to your accommodation. Relax for a while, then spend the rest of the day touring the local sites on your own. Step back in time at 87 Ma May Street, a century-old mansion that exemplifies Hanoi’s architectural history. Later, go back to the hotel on your own for an overnight stay.
DAY 2 Transfer to Halong Bay for overnight cruise
Begin your adventure to Halong Bay by checking out of your accommodation and taking a pre-booked transfer. Board your cruise at Tuan Chau Harbour and begin sail among the limestone karsts. Explore Ti Top Island, see Pearl Farm Village, and participate in water sports such as kayaking and swimming. An onboard cooking workshop teaches you the culinary secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. Finish the day with an overnight cruise in Halong Bay, surrounded by stunning scenery.
DAY 3 Transfer to Hanoi | Leisure Day
Begin your day with a rejuvenating Tai Chi martial art lesson aboard the cruise, followed by a visit to the magical Floating Village. After that, disembark from the cruise ship, transfer to Hanoi, and check into your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day exploring the city’s famous sights. DAY 4 Hanoi Sightseeing Tour | Transfer to Da Nang.
Prepare for a sightseeing trip of Hanoi as you check out of the hotel and board your pre-arranged transfer. Discover popular attractions like as One Pillar Pagoda, Chua Tran Quoc, Old Quarter, and Huc Bridge. Following the sightseeing trip, transfer to Noi Bai International Airport to catch your flight to Da Nang International Airport. Upon arriving in Da Nang, transfer to your hotel and settle in for the night.
DAY 5 Excursion to Ba Na Hills.
On this day, go on an exciting day trip to Ba Na Hills. Depart from your hotel and transfer to Suoi Mo Station to take a cable car to the peak. Visit the Linh Ung Pagoda and enjoy panoramic views of the South China Sea from there. Visit the Debay Wine Cellar to learn about winemaking, and Fantasy Park for exhilarating rides. After that, visit the iconic Golden Hand Bridge. Later, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 6 Transfer to Hoi An | Ho Chi Minh
Finish your time in Da Nang by checking out and being transported to the picturesque village of Hoi An. Explore the town’s rich history and architecture by visiting prominent landmarks such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Fujian Chinese Assembly Hall, and the Museum of Sa Huynh Culture. DAY 6 Ho Chi Minh City Tour including Cu Chi Tunnels
On this day, you will be transferred to tour the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network that played a crucial role during the Vietnam War. Then, continue with a sightseeing trip in Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the Reunification Palace first, followed by the War Remnants Museum, which houses impressive displays and artifacts from the Vietnam War. DAY 6 Day of Leaving

- Vietnam’s currency is Vietnamese Dong (VND). Bring cash for small purchases, though credit cards are widely accepted.
- Modest attire is required at religious sites. Indian travelers can get a 30-day Vietnam visa online or upon arrival at their own expense.
- Avoid drinking tap water; carry refillable water bottles. Bring tissue paper or wet wipes, as public restrooms often lack them.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in the package price. Quicktrip is not liable if a traveler abandons the trip mid-way.
- Force majeure events may result in rescheduling or alternate plans for safety. Damages to property or extra guest costs will be charged to the customer.

Policy for Confirmation
- Within 24 hours following a successful reservation, the client receives an email with a confirmation voucher.
- If the customer’s selected timeslots are not available, a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to them along with an alternate timetable of their choosing.
- A complete refund will be issued if the customer decides to cancel their reservation prior to confirmation.
Policy for Refunds
- Within ten business days, the relevant refund amount will be processed.
- The traveller’s Quicktrip wallet will receive any necessary reimbursements.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation fee equal to 25.0% of the total booking cost will be assessed if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the departure date.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the trip date will incur cancellation fees equal to 50.0% of the total booking cost.
- The whole booking amount will be levied as cancellation fees if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the trip date.
- Certain excursions or events may be cancelled due to unanticipated weather, labour disputes, governmental regulations, or any other uncontrollable factors. In these situations, other workable choices will be offered. There won’t be a financial refund, though.
